ABOUT US
Pointe South Subdivision, located in Zachary Louisiana, is a 145 lot subdivision that began development in 2004. It is a portion of an original 981 acre tract located in the Greensburg Land District in East Baton Rouge Parish. It consists of single family residences with a minimum of 1,600 square feet. The subdivision has amenities such as two lakes totaling almost 10 acres, a pool, and a clubhouse.
Pointe South Property Home Owners' Association, Inc (a.k.a. Pointe South Homeowners' Association) is a Non-Profit company that was incorporated in 2004 on a membership basis for the benefit of the residents and property owners of Pointe South subdivision. The powers of the corporation are exercised by a Board of Directors of between 3 and 5 directors that have been elected by the members of the corporation.
