2023 POOL SEASON IS CLOSED/2024 COMING SOON
Swimming Pool Hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
The swimming pool is open during the above hours to members in good standing AND who have completed and returned the Swimming Pool Release Form (see below) and who have been given an access code. The process for obtaining your access code for this year:
Verify you have paid your HOA dues for the year. Contact PSHOA at pshoa.zachary@gmail.com to verify they are paid. We must have your email and phone number on file.
To receive a pool code, complete the pool release and submit completed form by email to the HOA Board of Directors at pshoa.zachary@gmail.com. They will verify your account status and email your code to you.
POOL RULES
NEVER give your pool code to another person.
Children under 15 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Limit of two guests per household AND accompanied by an adult homeowner.
No smoking/vaping/tobacco products or alcohol in pool area, clubhouse or parking lot
No diving. No glass in pool area. No running in pool area. No horseplay. No urinating in pool.
Please clean up after yourself. If you open a window or door, please close it as you depart. If you are the last person leaving, please close and lock the doors and make sure the lights and fans are turned off.
You must exit the pool house by 9:00 PM.
Violations of the pool rules will result in the suspension of pool access.
PSHOA CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
The Pointe South HOA Pool House (clubhouse) is available for rental by Homeowners in good standing of the PSHOA.
“Good standing” is defined as having all dues current with no unresolved PSHOA issues. Further, an HOA member is an actual homeowner.
The clubhouse can be reserved for private gatherings and includes the following:
- (2) 6' rectangle tables
- (3) 6' round tables
- (26) folding chairs
- use of refrigerator and serving areas
- restroom facilities
Rental DOES NOT include use of the pool.
Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
The reservation occurs upon receipt of the signed contract below and the $50 deposit check made payable to PSHOA. For reservations to be made, they must be received at least 5 business days in advance or postmarked at least 7 business days in advance. There will be no verbal holds. Questions about reservations can be made by contacting the HOA Board of Directors at pshoa.zachary@gmail.com. We will email you once your reservation has been confirmed.
**Please note that once the swimming pool has been opened for the season, access to the swimming pool and clubhouse must remain open to ALL members even during reserved events held during normal pool hours.
